Welcome to Jaya Jaya Yoga! 

    I am so excited to share my vision for a blissful and joyful yoga sadhana (practice) with all of you.  I believe that our human be-ing is perfect and divine, just as it is and the practice of yoga is a means by which we are able to experience its divinity directly.  For this we celebrate, Jaya Jaya!

What We Do

Jaya Jaya Yoga is a practice in bliss and joy for all aspects of our mind, body and spirit.  My teaching method aims to inspire students in the possibilities of finding self-love and confidence through which we can inspire others.  I believe in creating a safe and sacred space for self-exploration that includes all levels of practice and ability.  I welcome all of you with open arms to join in growing love, health and happiness for the mind, body and spirit.

Ashtanga 101 Workshop coming soon.....

  • A Yoga practice for every-body
  •  With proper alignment, learn each posture of the Primary Series
  • Focus on proper breath technique (ujjai pranayama)
  • Focus on flowing through the practice by linking the breath with the postures
  • The 8 Limbs of yoga ("Ashtanga Yoga") will be discussed
